From time to time your device may get to a point where it is unresponsive and not powering on correctly or power is showing to the device, but the laptop screen is not coming on. The 1st step in resolving this issue to perform a hard reset of the device.
Laptop Hard reset:
Connect the laptop charger to the device
Hold the power button for about 10-15 seconds until the laptop turns off.
Wait a few seconds.
Press the power button again to turn the laptop back on.
Desktop:
Hold the power button on the front of the desktop for about 10-15 seconds until it turns off.
Wait a few seconds.
Press the power button again to turn the desktop back on.
