Using your VPN

This process defines how sign into your work VPN: SonicWALL NetExtender.
About your VPN
Your work VPN will be used to access company resources when you aren’t connected to the company network. In most examples, this will be when working from home or a different location than your company office.
The VPN can also be used in other countries, but due to security restrictions if you are to travel abroad outside of the UK we would advise logging a case with the MySupport service desk. This exception will be processed to be allow connections during your time outside of the UK and then the exception will be removed upon your return.
Using your VPN
SonicWALL NetExtender is set up by Duocall, All you will need to do as the user is sign into the VPN with your work account. If you are missing server information please log a case with the MySupport service desk for these settings.
When you launch SonicWALL Netextender, you’ll be greeted with a screen as per the above. Input your company email and password into these fields and click connect.
Once you’ve entered your details, you will load through to this screen where NetExtender requires a code to continue. This code will be sent to your email address entered earlier.
Once you’ve received the email like the one above, copy the code into the box and hit continue.
Once you reach this screen, you are good to go. This means you are now joined to the company network and can access the resources you are able to on site.
